Bestellingen worden geleverd in het restaurant in gebouw DO

Koude maaltijden en broodjes kunnen worden opgehaald vanaf 12:00

Warme maaltijden worden geserveerd tussen 12:30 en 13/30

• Ijslandstraat

Bestellingen worden gekoeld geleverd tussen 11:05 en 11:15

• Amandinestraat

Bestellingen worden gekoeld geleverd in de Ijslandstraat

• Stationsstraat

Bestellingen worden gekoeld geleverd in de Ijslandstraat

 Eetruimte

• Oostkamp office

Gelieve enkel te eten in de kitchenettes of het restaurant in gebouw D0. Warme maaltijden mogen enkel geconsumeerd worden in het restaurant in gebouw D0.

• Ijslandstraat

Gelieve te eten in de refter op het eerste verdiep

• Amandinestraat

Gelieve te eten in de refter op het eerste verdiep

• Stationsstraat

Annulatie

Er is geen mogelijkheid om via de app geld terug te betalen

Wat nu?

• Gelieve de bestelling voor 09:30 de dag zelf te annuleren via be-f-daikin@be.issworld.com met vermelding
• Naam en info bestelling
• De Datum waarop je de bestelling alsnog wil nuttigen – max. 1 week verder
• Heb je de bestelling NIET voor 09:30 geannuleerd is het onmogelijk de bestelling om te zetten
• Je kan enkel je bestelling inruilen voor hetzelfde type maaltijd

Orders must be placed before 09:30 same day

Late orders are not accepted

Delivery

• Oostkamp office

Orders are delivered to the restaurant in building DO

Cold meals and sandwiches can be picked up from 12:00 onwards

Hot meals will be served between 12:30 and 13:30

• Ijslandstraat

Orders will be delivered refrigerated between 11:05 and 11:15

• Amandinestraat

Orders will be delivered refrigerated in the Ijslandstraat

• Stationsstraat

Orders will be delivered refrigerated in the Ijslandstraat

Dining area

• Oostkamp office

Please only eat in the kitchenettes or the restaurant in building D0. Hot meals may only be consumed in the restaurant in building D0.

• Ijslandstraat

Please eat in the refectory on the first floor

• Amandinestraat

Please eat in the refectory on the first floor

Cancellation

• Oostkamp office, Ijslandstraat & Amandinestraat & Stationsstraat

There is no option to refund money through the app

Now what?

• Please cancel the order before 09:30 same day via be-f-daikin@be.issworld.com stating
• Order name and info
• The date on which you still want to consume the order – max. 1 week further
• If you have NOT cancelled the order before 09:30, it is impossible to convert your order
• You can only exchange your order for the same type of meal
